THE WINE CELLAR
TRADITION AND TECHNOLOGY
The wine cellar (rises) is derived from the old (lodgings) rooms adjacent to the villa and the building destined to the activity of agrituristica (agricolture tourism): a captivating (prestigeous) context, recently restored, where we installed modern wine-making plants that assures a high quality product.
In the old wine-cellars of the villa, between rock
walls, is the ideal place for the small oak wood barrels
dedicated to the refining of "important"
wines such as Soave Superior D.O.C.G. from the hills
Castelcerino, The Soave Recioto D.O.C.G. and Amarone
D.O.C of Valpolicella.
